We offer a one week fitness program that includes three hikes up some of Cape Town’s most spectacular mountains, including Table Mountain. A wild nature run and a day at one of Stellenbosch’ pride and joy vineyards for wine tasting and lunch. End everyday with a nice deep hot tub and then dinner most nights at one of the fine dining establishments around town. Retreat to your beautiful guesthouse.

An example itinerary:
Friday Night. You will arrive late at night in the Mother City. We collect you from the airport and take you to our guest house where we prepared some refreshments for you but ultimately know you want to hit the bed. A super comfy bed will be waiting for you after a nice long hot tub.
Saturday morning you will wake up bright and early. We take you to one of the world’s most beautiful farmers markets. Then after lunch we will head to Cape Point

Sunday. 12:00-15:00 Lunch. You will experience a taste of African cuisine at the now world famous Mzoli’s. Based in the historical township of Gugulethu, Mzoli’s is a taste of Africa for the International Traveller. Sundays, for some unknown reason, is party night in Cape Town. We suggest catching the local vibe at the beach in Camps Bay. https://cafecaprice.co.za/
Monday. We are heading up the twelve apostles. Bring your water and gummies. You’re going to need it. This is about a 5-6 hour hike up and down the mountain. Here you will learn why our company is called 360/Full Body Travel. Your body will twist in every direction you could imagine and then some. You will twist and turn to get through trees laying in your way, pull yourself over boulders and slide down muddy patches in near 90 degree angles. It’s fun. Tiring. Yet so rewarding.
Tuesday. The Big. Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Leopard and Rhino. Africa of course is famous for having these majestic creatures roaming it’s savannah’s. Aquila Game Reserve gives you the opportunity to see these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. A delicious buffet lunch will be followed by a 2 hour game drive. Wednesday. We are heading up Table Mountain. This 6-7 hour (return) hike will be super exhausting but breathtakingly beautiful. After having lunch on top of the mountain, we head down in a different direction just to stir things up. We then finish the day with a South African Braai at home.
Thursday. We are heading to BloubergStrand where you will either Kite Surf or learn how to kite surf. We will get lunch on or near the beach. (https://www.high-five.co.za/kitesurfing#lessons)
Friday is your day for Wine tasting in The Heart of The Winelands. Afterwards we will take you to Constantia or another fabulous place to have dinner. Celebrating a hard working week! (https://www.avondalewine.co.za/)
Saturday morning we will meet at the Camps Bay retreat hotel for brunch and then its Bon Voyage! We will drop you off at Cape Town International Airport by 13:30. Your flight back to Johannesburg will leave at 15:05 where you will get your connecting flight back to Atlanta.
